Eminent Tamil scholar V I Subramaniam passes away

Minor fire in Congress headquarters

A fire was broken out at the Congress headquarters at New Delhi this afternoon. The incident occurred in the media conference room of the AICC when the air conditioner caught fire at around 15:25 pm.
Three fire engines were immediately rushed to the spot. The fire was extinguished within 10 minutes.
