Six dead, Twenty Seven injured in collision of 2 buses

Around six member of a marriage part have been killed and 27 others were injured in a head-on collision between two private buses near Mamugoia village between Jalalabad and Guru Harsahai in the Ferozepur district tonight.

Two tigers found dead in Ranthambhore National Park

Around two tigers have been found dead at Timarpur area of Ranthambore National Park.
According to an official spokesman the carcasses of two male big cats-aged around two years-were found in the Northern part of sanctuary near the Sawai Madhopur-Karauli interdistrict border by the Forest and Wildlife Department patrol party this morning.

TN Electricity Minister Veerasamy hospitalized

Tamil Nadu Electricity Minister Arcot N Veerasamy is admitted to hospital following illness. He was admitted to Apollo Hospitals last night after he suffered low pressure and frequent vomiting.

Magnitude 6.4 earthquake struck Taiwan

An earthquake of magnitude 6.4 struck Taiwan, the US Geological Survey reported on Wednesday.
It said the quake, initially reported as a magnitude 6.5, was 35 kms deep. The epicenter of this earthquake was around 33 kms northwest of T’ai-tung. The quake struck at around 8:18 a.m. (0018 GMT) on Thursday.



CBSE Class X and XII exams begin today
