Bandra-Worli Sea Link to be opened on June 30, inauguration by Sonia Gandhi

The bridge has been designed in such a way that vehicles heading Worli will slow down and turn left for the exit which they have to reduce speed further while negotiating the turn and even while exiting (from the bridge) use the roundabout at Worli.
The Rs 1,600 crore (Rs 16 billion), 5.6-km Bandra-Worli Sea Link (BWSL), India’s first open 8-lane, cable-supported sea bridge will reduce traffic congestion in the city.
