H R Bharadwaj sworn in as Governor of Karnataka

Chief Justice of Karantaka High Court P D Dinakaran, administered the oath of office and secrecy to the new Governor at a simple ceremony at Raj Bhavan this evening.
Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, presiding officers of both the houses of Karantaka Legislature, Speaker Mr Jagadeesh Shettar and Chairman Legislative Council Veeranna Mathikatti, Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha K Rahman Khan, senior cabinet ministers, Opposition leaders in the two Houses Mr Siddaramaiah and V S Ugrappa and other civil and police officials were present on the occasion.
