India sends Relief Materials to Sri Lanka

The relief materials including food packets, kitchenware and utensils were sent for the displaced Tamil Civilians, who are still trapped inside the war zone. Earlier India has sent food and medical materials for the Tamil refugees. The relief materials were sent after consulting the Sri Lankan government.
The International Red Cross Committee will help in distributing relief material to the civilians. The Sri Lankan government has already sent tons of relief materials for the civilians who are trapped in the war zone. The government has asked the LTTE to release innocent civilians who they are using as shields to escape from the Sri Lankan Army attack.
