Sensex crosses 14,000; day’s trading halted

BSE will announce new CEO on Monday

The Board of the Bombay Stock Exchange will announce new CEO for the exchange on Monday. The Board met today to appoint a new CEO for the exchange but deferred the announcement till Monday.
Jagdish Kapoor, Chairman of BSE’s, said after the meeting, “We will announce the name of the new CEO on Monday”.
