The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) New Delhi has forcast advancement of Monsoon for the year 2009.
According to the Cyclone Warning Centre (CWC) press bulletin issued here tonight, the IMD has forcast advancement of south west Monsoon over Andaman Islands within two to three days while normal onset of monsoon date is May 20.
