One killed in grenade blast in Srinagar

The militants exploded the hand grenade at Badyari Crossing at Dal Gate at around 9 p.m. injuring four civilians.
One of the injured identified as Abdul Salam, a local, succumbed in the hospital. The grenade attack was carried out a day before vice president Hamid Ansari visit to Kashmir for a convocation ceremony at the Kashmir University on Saturday.
