Six killed in train collision in Chennai

Chennai: At least six persons have been killed and many were injured when a passenger train collides with a goods train in suburban Vyasarpadi today. The passenger train, was from Chennai, and the good trains, was from Arakkonam, collided at Jeevanagar railway station at around 5.50 am today morning. It results fire in which six persons were killed.

Fire and rescue personnel have recovered six bodies. The mishap occurred when a speeding local passenger train changed tracks hitting the goods train coming from opposite direction.
