Tata Housing launches low cost Housing Project in Mumbai

The project, named as “Shubh Griha Township” will built low cost flats in Boisar, Mumbai. The Tata Housing will build around 1,000 flats as part of the housing project and the costs of these flats will vary between Rs. 3.9 lakh – Rs. 6.7 lakh.
The booking amount for these flats will be around Rs. 10,000. Selection of the flat owners will be decided by a lucky draw.
